Sorry Doctor West, but I have no sympathy for them. They exacerbate the problems we have faced and have never contributed anything to the community but they'll use their queerness as leverage to say "Hey, I'm gay, and say homophobia isn't a real thing!" and the Right will treat it as gospel. Besides, they share the same prejudices as their straight counterparts. I know to defend our community we have to defend everyone, but it bothers me.
